GMAC Film is an open access media centre that delivers a creative programme for all people, regardless of age, background or income to acquire the skills, knowledge, resources and confidence to realise their ambitions in film and elsewhere in the creative sector. Our programme spans across youth work, film education, training, film commissioning schemes, open access screening events, outreach and space hire.

We have our own city centre, 48-seat screening room, a training suite with built in projector and office space for long or short term hire. In the Merchant City and close to main transport links, the 5th floor at Trongate 103 it is an ideal venue for people to collaborate and work. The building is fully accessible with 24 hr access and 1 GB leased line broadband and we are always happy to welcome a variety of events, from private film screenings to workshops, panel discussions and Cafe Flicker, the longest running short film open mic night in Scotland.
